A complete Sol Proce solar panel production line includes a solar cell tester, laser cutting machine, stringer, EL tester with visual inspection, laminator, foil cutter, framing machine, IV tester, and sun simulator. Each machine integrates seamlessly with adjacent process steps, creating a continuous, high-efficiency manufacturing workflow.

Automated Stringing

The Sol Proce stringer connects individual solar cells into series strings — the fundamental building blocks of each module. Sol Proce stringing machines achieve precise solder joint formation and are compatible with half-cut, third-cut, and standard full-cell formats to support all mainstream module configurations.

Sol Proce Lamination Process

Sol Proce laminators apply controlled heat and pressure to bond glass, EVA encapsulant, cell strings, and backsheet into a solid, weatherproof laminate. Our silicone membrane technology ensures uniform pressure distribution across the entire module area for consistent laminate quality at high production volumes.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Every Sol Proce production line includes comprehensive quality verification. EL imaging detects micro-cracks and cold solder joints. The IV tester measures open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, and maximum power to classify each module by wattage tier. High-potential testing ensures electrical isolation meets IEC and UL safety standards.
